Guaranteed Exposure for Auction Item Donors

Your business name, logo, website, and a description of your auction donation will be listed on our event's Auction Page, which is estimated to receive approximately 3,000 hits between now and February 17, 2008.

We will distribute coupons or flyers for your products or services to event attendees on the night of the event.

Your logo will be displayed in a rotating PowerPoint slideshow on a slide with 2-3 other logos during the first 90 minutes of the event in the main room.

Your business name and the estimated retail value of the item(s) that you donated will appear in our printed program on the night of our event, which every guest will receive a copy of.

Participation Requirements: We request that all in-kind donations carry at least a minimum $100 retail value, noting that larger contributions are greatly appreciated. Last year, we received a few auction items from raw-friendly businesses valued at over $1,000, such as an all expenses paid week-long stay at Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Exposure Options for Event Sponsors

Your business name, logo, and website, will be associated with any printed and e-mailed marketing materials that are created and distributed to promote the event.

Your business name mentioned in email advertising campaigns sent to those who have opted in to receive such advertising once a week, every week, until the date of the event

Prominent banner advertising on our Event's website (provided by you) from now until two weeks after the event has concluded (approximately February 28, 2008).

Your logo on the index (main) page of our website, which is displayed for the first 8 seconds for every visitor to http://rawwashington.org

We will distribute samples of your products to each of our event attendees (if applicable, and if provided by you)

Complimentary tabling at our follow-up lecture on Sunday, February 17 at Bastyr University

Participation Requirements: Varies from $1,000 - $5,000, depending on the extent of exposure desired as described above
Event Tabling

We will provide you with a 6-foot table for marketing your products or services at Bastyr University. The table will be located in the hallway outside the auditorium where David Wolfe is speaking.

Notifications that your business will be present at the Bastyr event will be mentioned in email advertising campaigns, sent to those who have opted in to receive such advertising once a week, every week, until the date of the event.

Your business name and a link to your organization's website will appear on the Event webpage

Participation Requirements: The event tabling cost for non-organizational members is $100 or 10% of net sales (whichever number is greater). Tabling is free if you are an Organizational Member of Raw Network of Washington and your dues are current.
